Prerequistes:

• gpm-1.19.2 (need xf86Summa.so included in gpm-1.19.2)
• linux-2.2.14 (started with 2.2.13, went to 2.2.14)
• Xfree86 3.3.5 (later may work, but I used 3.3.5, matches xf86Summa in gpm-1.19.2)

Note: new version of mice/gpm. Complete rewrite of g1200s portion of mice.c eliminating options and complexity. Now based on ncr/wacom examples instead of mtouch & gunze. I will add support for toggling the stylus for other mouse buttons later.

Note: gpm is invoked as gpm -tg1200s -RSumma

If you are doing a kernel config, you do need ps2 support (we are ps2 class device).

See the README.gunze for explanations of how to setup the SummaGraphics support in Xfree86.

As a reminder, xf86Summa.so that is included with gpm-1.19.2 has patches applied to it so you can use it with a gpm repeated type device ('/dev/gpmdata').
If you don't remember to use the fixed version you will get tcgetattr errors when X starts up.
