§10-7003-2.5.


    No peace officer, employee of the court or person acting pursuant
to court order authorizing medical treatment or mental health
evaluation or treatment in accordance with the provisions of this
part for any child found in need of such medical treatment or mental
health evaluation or treatment shall have any liability, civil or
criminal, for such authorization.
