§10-7003-5.5a.


    Once any child of a family has been returned to a person named in
a petition, a period of supervision by the court of not less than
twelve (12) months shall occur prior to dismissal by the court,
subject to the availability of funds.  Supervision by the Department
of Human Services during this period shall be in accordance with
rules promulgated by the Commission for Human Services.
