§59-1750.4.


    On and after January 1, 1988, no person may be employed or
operate as a security guard, private investigator, security agency,
or investigative agency until a license therefor has been issued by
the Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training pursuant to the
Oklahoma Security Guard and Private Investigator Act.
