§70-10-107.


    In any matter pertaining to the duties of the attendance officer
and keeping records thereof, the board of education of the district
shall make rules and regulations subject only to the limitations of
the regulations of the State Board of Education and of the law, which
shall have the force and effect of law, and all attendance officers
are hereby required to comply with all such rules and regulations the
same as if they had been specifically mentioned herein.
