§12A-9-307.5.
   
                          Immunity From Liability.
                                      
   A buyer of farm products, commission merchant, or selling agent who
   purchases or sells farm products in the ordinary course of business
   from or for a person engaged in farming operations shall not be liable
   for errors or inaccuracies generated by the central filing system
   provided for in Section 6 of this act if such buyer, commission
   merchant, or selling agent has otherwise complied with the provisions
   of this act.
