§21-344.
   
   A. Except as otherwise provided in this section, every public officer,
   being authorized to sell or lease any property, or make any contract
   in his or her official capacity, who voluntarily becomes interested
   individually in such sale, lease or contract, directly or indirectly,
   is guilty of a misdemeanor.
   
   B. The provisions of this section shall not apply to:
   
   1. Municipal officers who are subject to the provisions of Section
   8-113 of Title 11 of the Oklahoma Statutes; and
   
   2. Conservation district board members participating in programs
   authorized by Section 3-2-106 of Title 27A of the Oklahoma Statutes.
