§21-842. Any person violating the provisions of 21 O.S.1961, Section 841, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed ninety (90) days or payment of a fine of not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) or by both such fine and imprisonment.[Previous] [Next]
