§36-3635.1.
   
   All policies insuring against loss resulting from liability imposed by
   law for bodily injury or death suffered by any person arising out of
   the ownership, maintenance or use of a motor vehicle, as defined in
   Section 3635 of this title, shall expire at 12:01 a.m. Standard Time
   on the expiration date stated in the policy. This section shall apply
   to all such policies on the first policy renewal date after December
   31, 1982.
