§47-1-136.1. Motorized bicycle. Every vehicle having fully operative pedals for propulsion by human power, an automatic transmission and a motor with a cylinder capacity not exceeding fifty (50) cubic centimeters, which produces no more than two (2) brake horsepower, and is capable of propelling the vehicle at a maximum design speed of not more than thirty (30) miles per hour on level ground.[Previous] [Next]
