§47-1-161.
   
   Cash, certificates of deposit issued by financial institutions located
   within the state, or corporate security bond deposited with the
   Commissioner of Public Safety to secure payment of a judgment or
   judgments arising out of a motor vehicle accident which occurred prior
   to the demand for posting of security.
