§47-10-112.
   
   Any person who gives information in reports as required in Sections
   10-108, 10-110 or 10-111 knowing or having reason to believe that such
   information is false shall be fined not more than Five Hundred Dollars
   ($500.00) or imprisoned for not more than one (1) year, or both.
