§47-12-306.
   
   Brake fluid shall be deemed to be adulterated (1) if it consists in
   whole or in part of any substance which will render it injurious to
   the braking system of any motor vehicle equipped with hydraulic brakes
   and would make the operation of the vehicle dangerous to the user; or
   (2) if its quality or purity falls below the professed standard of
   quality or purity under which it is sold.
