§47-12-308.
   
   No brake fluid shall be bartered, sold, offered for sale, exchanged in
   any transaction, or held with intent to sell within this state, or be
   used in any motor vehicle licensed in this state, unless said brake
   fluid meets the minimum specification of S. A. E. 70-R-1 quality
   ("heavy duty" brake fluid).
