§47-12-314.
   
   (1) Fifty percent (50%) of all fees collected by the Corporation
   Commission under the provisions of this act shall be deposited with
   the State Treasurer of Oklahoma in a fund designated as the
   "Corporation Commission Brake Fluid Fund." Any or all funds to the
   credit of said fund are hereby appropriated for use in enforcing this
   act, and said fund shall be paid out by the State Treasurer upon
   vouchers properly approved by the Corporation Commission, the same as
   other state funds are expended. (2) The remaining fifty percent (50%)
   of said fees shall be credited to the General Revenue Fund of the
   state.
