§47-14-110. The registration certificate for any truck, trailer, semitrailer or combination thereof shall be carried in or on the vehicle at all times and shall be presented on demand of any officer of the Department of Public Safety, Oklahoma Tax Commission, or any sheriff for his inspection, and it shall be accepted in any court as prima facie evidence of weight registration or legally authorized load limit of the vehicle.[Previous] [Next]
