§47-156.4.
   
   The Division of Fleet Management of the Office of Public Affairs shall
   be notified not less than thirty (30) days prior to any vehicle
   purchase or disposal by any state board, commission, department, or
   institution whether or not exempt from the Oklahoma Central Purchasing
   Act.
   
   No passenger car, truck, pickup, or other vehicle purchased by any
   state board, commission, department, or institution shall be sold or
   disposed of unless it has been in use for sixty thousand (60,000)
   miles or at least twenty-four (24) months have elapsed since the day
   the claim was approved for the payment thereof, unless the vehicle has
   damage of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) or more, or
   unless written permission to dispose of the vehicle is given by the
   Division of Fleet Management of the Office of Public Affairs.
