§47-165.


§47-165.
   
   A. Upon the filing by an intrastate motor carrier of household goods
   or used emigrant movables of an application for a permit or
   certificate or the transfer of a permit or certificate, the applicant
   shall pay to the Corporation Commission a filing fee in the sum of One
   Hundred Dollars ($100.00) with an original application for permanent
   or temporary authority.
   
   B. Upon the filing by an interstate motor carrier of an application to
   register interstate authority, or supplement thereto, the applicant
   shall pay the Commission a filing fee as established by the Commission
   and in full compliance with applicable federal laws and regulations.
   
   C. The Commission shall, upon the receipt of any such fee, deposit the
   same in the State Treasury to the credit of the Corporation Commission
   Revolving Fund.
