§47-180h.
   
   The Corporation Commission is hereby authorized to collect from
   applicants for motor carrier identification devices a fee of Seven
   Dollars ($7.00) for registration of each of its trucks and Seven
   Dollars ($7.00) for each of its truck-tractors registered under the
   provisions of this act or the Motor Carrier Act of 1995; and the fee
   shall be in addition to any other fees now provided for by law for the
   registration of said motor vehicles and shall be deposited in the
   State Treasury to the credit of the Corporation Commission Revolving
   Fund.
