§47-2-122.1.
   
   All funds appropriated to the Department of Public Safety may be used
   and expended in conjunction or cooperation with any federal agency or
   instrumentality under such terms and conditions considered appropriate
   or necessary by the Commissioner of Public Safety to obtain grants or
   federal aid assistance in accordance with state law. The Department of
   Public Safety is hereby authorized to collect, receive and use any and
   all grants, reimbursements, or court-ordered forfeitures made
   available through any agency or instrumentality of the federal
   government, provided, however, such funds shall be deposited in the
   State Treasury and disbursed in accordance with the agreement between
   the Department of Public Safety and the applicable federal agency or
   instrumentality.
