§47-6-107.5.
   
   Any person aggrieved by a denial or cancellation of driving privileges
   pursuant to Section 34 of this act may submit, within thirty (30) days
   of the denial or of the receipt of notice of cancellation, a written
   request to the Department of Public Safety for a hearing before the
   Department of Public Safety. The hearing shall be held within ten (10)
   days of the receipt by the Department of the request, to determine
   whether the person is entitled to a license or is subject to
   cancellation of a license under the provisions of Sections 34 through
   37 of this act and Sections 6-103 and 6-105 of Title 47 of the
   Oklahoma Statutes. Appeal from the decision of the Department may be
   taken to any court of competent jurisdiction as provided for in
   Section 6-211 of Title 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
