§47-610.
   
   (1) Fifty percent (50%) of all fees collected by the Corporation
   Commission under the provisions of Section 601 et seq. of this title
   shall be deposited with the State Treasurer to the credit of the
   Corporation Commission Revolving Fund. (2) The remaining fifty percent
   (50%) of said fees shall be credited to the General Revenue Fund of
   the state.
