§47-856.4.
   
   A. Vehicles rejected for any item during the vehicle emission
   inspection shall have thirty (30) calendar days in which to correct
   such defect. Such vehicle may be presented for reinspection one time
   to the original inspection station for reinspection of an item or
   items, rejected.
   
   B. When a vehicle has been rejected for any item during the vehicle
   emission inspection, the owner shall have seven (7) days to appeal
   such rejection to the Department of Public Safety, Vehicle Inspection
   Division in writing. Such appeal shall be resolved prior to the thirty
   (30) calendar days allowed on the rejection certificate. The
   Department shall inspect the appealed item or items and the finding of
   the Department shall be final.
