§47-860.
   
   A. Any person who violates the provisions of Sections 851 through 856
   and 858 through 859 of this title shall upon conviction thereof be
   subject to imprisonment in the county jail for not more than thirty
   (30) days or a fine of not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00),
   or both such imprisonment and fine.
   
   B. Any person who violates the provisions of Sections 856.1 through
   856.5 of this title shall upon conviction thereof be subject to a fine
   of Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00). Provided, any person producing proof
   in court that the provisions of said sections of law have been
   complied with shall be entitled to dismissal of such charge upon
   payment of court costs.
