§58-27.
   
   The judge of the district court may, at any time, receive petitions
   for the probate of wills, make and issue all necessary orders and
   writs to enforce the production of wills and the attendance of
   witnesses, hear petitions, trials of issues, admit wills to probate,
   and do all other things coming under his probate jurisdiction.
