§58-422.
   
   Sales at public auction must be made in the county where the land is
   situated; but when the land is situated in two or more counties, it
   may be sold in either. The sale must be made between the hours of nine
   o'clock in the morning and the setting of the sun on the same day, and
   must be made on the day named in the notice of sale, unless the same
   is postponed.
