§58-504.
   
   If, after a full hearing upon the application and objections, and
   examination of the facts and circumstances of the claim, the court is
   satisfied that the person claiming to be entitled to such conveyance
   is entitled thereto, a decree authorizing and directing the executor
   or administrator to execute a conveyance of the real estate described
   in the application to such person shall be made, entered on the
   minutes of the court, and recorded.
