§59-353.12.


§59-353.12.
   
   A. Every person upon receiving a certificate of registration pursuant
   to the Oklahoma Pharmacy Act, or who has heretofore received a
   certificate of registration in this state, shall keep such certificate
   conspicuously displayed in the pharmacy where such pharmacist is
   actively engaged in the practice of pharmacy or in such a location as
   is otherwise prescribed by the Board. The current receipt for
   registration shall be attached to the lower left corner of the
   original certificate. Every registered pharmacist or assistant
   pharmacist shall, within ten (10) days after discontinuing or changing
   his place of practice, remove his certificate and notify the Executive
   Director of the Board of his new place of practice. Upon receipt of
   said notification, the Executive Director shall make the necessary
   change in the register.
   
   B. Any member of the Board of Pharmacy or inspector duly authorized by
   said Board shall have authority to confiscate and void any certificate
   issued by said Board which has been displayed in any place not
   authorized by the Board, provided that the holder of the certificate
   shall be entitled to a hearing before the Board and show cause why his
   certificate should not be canceled.
