§59-353.17.
   
   A. No person shall take, use or exhibit the title of pharmacist,
   registered pharmacist or assistant pharmacist, either expressly or by
   implication, except as otherwise authorized by the Oklahoma Pharmacy
   Act.
   
   B. No person, firm or corporation other than one licensed under this
   act shall take, use or exhibit the title "Druggist", "Doctor of
   Pharmacy", "R.Ph.", "D.Ph.", "Pharmacy", "Drug Store", "Drug
   Department", "Drugs", "Drug Sundries", "Prescriptions", or any other
   term, sign or device or any word in similitude thereof.
