§63-2-330.
   
   A. Every law enforcement agency in this state shall notify the
   Oklahoma State Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control within
   ten (10) days of any officer of such agency seizing:
   
   1. Any precursor chemical, as defined in the Precursor Substances Act,
   used or allegedly used, in full or in part, to manufacture any
   controlled substance; and
   
   2. Any drug paraphernalia relating to an illegal laboratory, including
   but not limited to any glassware, instruments, devices, utensils or
   other objects or equipment used or allegedly used, in full or in part,
   to manufacture any controlled substance.
   
   B. The Bureau may promulgate rules and forms to facilitate the
   required notification pursuant to this section.
