§43-112A.
By October 1, 1998, the Child Support Enforcement Division of the
Department of Human Services shall enter into an agreement with the
Administrative Office of the Courts to obtain necessary information
to maintain a central case registry on all IV-D cases and all child
support orders established or modified in this state after October 1,
1998.
Necessary information shall include:
1. Names, social security numbers, dates of birth for both
parents, and case identification numbers;
2. The amount of periodic support owed under the order, and
other amounts, including arrearages, interest, or other fees, due or
overdue under the order;
3. Amounts of support that have been collected;
4. The name and birth date of any child for whom support is
ordered; and
5. The amount of any lien imposed pursuant to Section 15 of this
act.
