§70-10-104.


    The State Board of Education shall file with the State Treasurer
and Secretary of the School Land Department a report, duly certified,
showing the school population for the preceding school year of each
school district.  School population shall be determined as provided
for in Section 56 of this act.  The report so filed shall be the
basis for making the apportionments of state school land earnings
during the following fiscal year.
