§43A-2-220. A superintendent who shall fail to report to the district attorney of the county in which his institution is located any officer or employee who shall willfully or maliciously assault, beat, batter, abuse or use mechanical restraints without authority or who shall aid, abet, advise or permit any patient confined in his institution to be subjected to such conduct shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.[Previous] [Next]
