§43A-3-404.
   
   There is hereby re-created, to continue until July 1, 2003, in
   accordance with the provisions of the Oklahoma Sunset Law, Sections
   3901 et seq. of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes, the Alcohol and
   Drug Abuse Prevention, Training, Treatment and Rehabilitation
   Authority for the State of Oklahoma. The Authority shall be the Board
   of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services. As such Authority, the
   Board will be responsible for verifying the need for, and certifying,
   the treatment program for any alcoholism or drug abuse treatment
   facility established or to be established in Oklahoma.
