§43A-3-410.
   
   Every firm, business, company, corporation, agency, department,
   facility, council or authority receiving funds from the Authority for
   alcohol and drug abuse services shall annually, on or before the 1st
   day of January each year, make a detailed report to the Authority
   showing the goods, materials, services or treatment furnished in
   consideration for said funds.
   
   The report of the approved treatment facilities, which have received
   such funds, shall be detailed as to the number of patients furnished
   treatment, type and effectiveness of services rendered and treatment
   furnished.
