§43A-5-102.
   
   No person shall be accepted into any institution without the use of
   the official forms properly executed. The order to hospitalize or the
   order of admission when properly executed shall be full and sufficient
   authority and protection to the superintendent or the person acting as
   such in his absence for receiving and detaining in the hospital the
   person named therein.
