§43A-5-301.1.
   
   As used in the Mental Hospital Voluntary Admission Procedures Act,
   "person" shall include a person found by the court to be a partially
   incapacitated person, over whom a limited guardian has been appointed,
   where the court has specifically found in its dispositional order,
   that the person possesses the capacity to voluntarily admit himself to
   a state hospital.
