§43A-8-103.


§43A-8-103.
   
   Any person alleged to be mentally ill within the meaning of this act,
   and who is not in confinement on a criminal charge, and who has no
   criminal charges pending against him, may be admitted to a private
   institution or hospital as defined in the act by compliance with any
   one of the following procedures:
   
   (A) On voluntary application, or
   
   (B) On court certification.
