§58-214.
   
   Before any letters issued to any special administrator, he must give
   bond, in such sum as the judge may direct, with sureties to the
   satisfaction of the judge, conditioned for the faithful performance of
   his duties; and he must take the usual oath and have the same endorsed
   on his letters.
