§58-704.
   
   Citations must be directed to the person to be cited, signed by the
   judge; and issue under the seal of the court, and must contain:
   
   1. The caption of the proceeding.
   
   2. A brief statement of the nature of the proceeding.
   
   3. A direction that the person cited appear at a time and place
   specified.
