§3A-610.
   
   A. The Oklahoma Professional Boxing Commission may issue, withhold,
   suspend, or revoke any and all licenses and sanctioning permits
   required by the provisions of the Oklahoma Professional Boxing
   Licensing Act or the rules promulgated by the Commission. The
   Commission may also censure or reprimand any licensee or sanctioning
   permit holder.
   
   B. The Commission shall fix a uniform scale of fees for all licenses,
   sanctioning permits, and examinations. The fees shall be set at
   reasonable cost and shall not exceed the actual expense of issuing
   licenses and sanctioning permits and administering examinations.
