§43A-2-215. The Board of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services is hereby directed to formulate such rules and regulations as may be necessary to establish a policy whereby employees of the institutions within the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services shall not be required to work more than a maximum of forty (40) hours a week under normal conditions.[Previous] [Next]
