§43A-2-216. Every person employed by any state mental institution or hospital for the care and treatment of mental patients shall be paid a minimum wage or salary in an amount not less than Two Hundred Thirty Dollars ($230.00) per month, based on a forty hour work week; provided, however, this section shall not apply to patients performing necessary services within such institutions or hospitals.[Previous] [Next]
