§43A-3-418.
   
   Upon receipt of an application for license, the State Commissioner of
   Health shall issue a license provided the applicant and the treatment
   facilities meet the requirements established under this act. The fee
   for such license shall be Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) annually and
   the term shall be for one (1) year from the date it is issued. A
   license, unless suspended or revoked, shall be renewable upon filing a
   renewal application and payment of the fee. Each license shall be
   conspicuously posted on the licensed premises and shall not be
   transferable or assignable except with the written approval of the
   State Commissioner of Health. Issuance, suspension, or revocation of
   licenses shall be as provided for in Section 1-706 of Title 63 of the
   Oklahoma Statutes.
