§43A-7-110.
   
   If the superintendent is satisfied from his examination that a person
   admitted to an intitution has become restored to mental competency, it
   shall be the duty of said superintendent to execute a certificate in
   triplicate wherein that fact is recited and to forward the original
   certificate to the court which ordered said person's admission to the
   institution where it shall be filed with the official files of the
   court in the case wherein said person was ordered admitted to said
   institution. The copies shall be executed as duplicate originals and
   one copy shall be given to the person released and the other copy
   retained in the files of the institution.
