§43A-7-109. When a person who has been admitted to an institution within the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services as a mentally ill person is discharged from said institution, it shall be the duty of the superintendent to examine such person (prior to such discharge), to determine whether or not he (or she), has become restored to mental competency.[Previous] [Next]
